I need a site that has the same functionality as Yahoo Answers, these include options and functions...avatars, messaging, user profile creation, moderating, policies, presentation. I do not want a clone, just a website that has the same functionality, while the design is really important, and i will not even read a bid that comes without a mockup. Once a bid has been accepted, we would divide it in to seperate parts, after the completion of each moddule, a percenatge of the money would be released. The layout would need to match that of yahoo answers, all the options and functions would be similar to yahoo answers.
