I am very interested in your offer and really like the idea of what you are doing. As an active person myself, I have always been a fan of these programs that get people to better their lives physically, emotionally and mentally.
I have been working in customer support since 2012. Mostly in a call centre where I did sales, invoicing and technical errands over the phone. Since then I have moved out of the call centre and now work from home but still in the customer support line of work.
I currently work for an online teaching company in Sweden. Its a system where school students can go in and watch 6 min videos of a specific subject/topic and then do a 15 question quiz afterwards. My job is to answer any daily questions coming in over the chat support from both students and teachers, answer emails, redirect emails and questions to the right departments (quiz-, tech-, production department) and then the admin part is everything from checking if email addresses have been registered correctly, or go into the system and check why someone can't log in etc.
I am a native english speaker from South Africa, so I have studied English all throughout school and have no issue with it! If it sounds like I will be able to do what you need, then please contact me and we can discuss all the details!
