One of my clients domains - [login to view URL] - is experiencing email delivery problems with hotmail. All emails seem to be hitting the junk folder. The website offers a document creation service, visitors can fill in their details on a fom, then a PDF document is created and emailed to them, these emails are very generic and contain attachments, there has been thousands of emails sent over the last 6 12 months. This is the only reason I can think of as to why all emails from this domain are being treated as junk. All emails, including replies to inbound enquiries are hitting the junk folder, not just the automatic emails. I have checked the hotmail blacklist and this domain is not on it. We're not experiencing this problem with [login to view URL] Yahoo. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks
