built me a resistivity meter for ultrapure water

Hello. Measuring of resistivity should be no problem at all, distillated water for car batteries can be used probably for calibration/testing. For measuring the flow rate several ways are possible, I need to know the range of the flow rates expected and precision needed. To have about 10...15 % precision should not be problem, if more precision is needed - is possible also. Price implies making a prototype on my side. I'm an electronic engineer with about 25 years of experience, also about 7 years of experience in 3D modelling using SolidWorks. Experience with Arduino and ESP32 controllers.
