Hi, Below is BOM and timeline proposal BOM items includes 1. ESP8266 2. YF-S201 3. Solenoid volve 4. Rechargeable battery 5. Battery holder or clips 6. Solar panel 7. PCB (Battery charging circuit, MCU interface circuit, LDO Section, Voltage Level Shifter for YF-S201 or simple resistor divider) 8. Source Code Timeline: Overall 24days 1. Procurement 1: 4 days (parallel activity, effective 1day) 2. Component Selection & Schematic Design: 4 days 3. Source code 1: starts after procurement 1, uses eval boards to begin, continues till source code 2. 4. Schematic Review: 1day 5. Procurement 2 (only components for PCB): 5days (parallel activity after schematic, effective 1day) 6. Layout: 4days 7. PCB & geber review: 1day 8. Assembly and testing (only hardware bring up): 2days 9. Source code 2: 5days 10. Intermediate customer review: 4days, this is subject to customer (BOM review, schematic review, layout review, source code review) Deliverable: same as mentioned in customer project description.
