Make TFT_eSPI to work with ili9488 SPI 4 wire (ESP32)

The TFT_eSPI lib [login to view URL] supports ili9488 but we are not able to make the SPI working with ESP32. This project is to make one of my ili9488 based LCD to work with above lib, Also I am using this with ESP32. The LCD I have is ili9488 based, 4 wire SPI, with XPT2046 touch. The original TFT-eSPI lib support XPT2046 as well. However I don't have enough GPIO for all the pins needed by the lib, thus I have added an I2C port expander, MCP23017, thus the following pins are connected with MCP23017: LCD_CS, TP_CS, TP_IRQ, LCD_RESET and LCD_DC. Thus the modified lib should allow me to use ESP32's GPIO pins for SCK, MOSI, MISO, and use MCP23017's pins for LCD_CS, TP_CS, TP_IRQ, LCD_RESET and LCD_DC. I will send you the hardwares.
