Windows Desktop Application to Parse CSV Data

I need a simple Windows Desktop Application to go through a CSV file (sample data is attached) and do the following: The sample data is an export of 2 columns from a Powershell export of active directory users and email address. I need to loop through every record and do the following tasks: If the email address is a number before the @[login to view URL], I need it to export that record to a csv file called [login to view URL] If there is no email address (such as vmsync in the sample data), I need it to be exported to [login to view URL] The last part is a little trickier. Most email addresses are first initial, last name, such as Toby Summers, would be tsummers@mycustomdomain.com. There are some email addresses though that do not follow that format. An example is Bob Smith - his email is brsmith@[login to view URL] I need the program to find any emails that are NOT first initial, last name (like brsmith@[login to view URL]) and put those into a csv called [login to view URL] All the standard ones, such as tsummers, should go into [login to view URL] This must be completed within 24 hours. I would much prefer an application which doesn't need to be installed, but rather just clicked and ran from my Windows 10 Pro machine. Please indicate in your response that you will complete it within 24 hours to be considered.
