I'm looking for someone to build a proof of concept for an "Advanced" Office Task Pane for a .NET COM addin. In summary we want to see if we can build a taskpane that works exactly like a native Office task pane, the *only* difference is it should not have a title bar. See attached image. This "Advanced" Task Pane is likely a class that can host another .NET control that can be resized, hidden, and dragged between task pane docks top/bottom/left/right - just like a normal task pane. The solution provided needs to work on PowerPoint, and be loaded as a COM addin. When the window is resized, or other taskpanes are present, it should work seamlessly with other standard subwindows within PowerPoint. Some inspiration (including some code) for the solution that works for Outlook includes [login to view URL] This also gives a similar outcome as to what this project should do: [login to view URL] Solution needs to work for PowerPoint 2016/365 - desktop apps not web, and be built in c# or VB.NET project using Visual Studio 2019.
