Digital Rights Protection Software/Program Design

In the process of offering customers the capability to purchase and digitally download individual video clips or an entire package (album) and looking for someone to develop a software package/program with user control panel. General DRM Needs: Need to encrypt the video clips (which will be either .WMV, .DIVX, or .MPEG with DRM (digital rights management) protection based and limit/restrict access to only those who have acquired/paid for a proper license to play the content. Specific DRM Needs: 1. the number of computers that the downloaded clips can be played 2. the number of times a clip or package (album) can be burned to a CD 3. the prevention of editing or sharing of downloaded clips/packages 4. the number of times a clip or package (album) can be played on computer (e.g. 1 time, 1 day, 20 times, 1 month, 100 times, 6 months, unlimited, etc.) Control Panel General needs: Allows user to upload video clips, automatically encripts, choose playing options, enter video description, enter price per playing option, and encorporate with PayPal for payment. Also need reporting/statistics options in control panel to track number of purchases by video clip, by customer, by country, etc.. Capture buyers e-mail addy, address, phone number during purchase. Allow user to log into account with user name and password and holds their purchased video clips until viewed. Server will be: Dual 3060 Conroe Xeons running Redhat Enterprise Linux.
