I am looking for a serious and intelligent developer to help me to have a sophisticated item bank management system. This is for authoring, reviewing and data-basing exam questions. with functions like multiple roles and with several functions including: different user levels (creating exam, reviewing questions, approving questions: admin, reviewer, author, approver, external examiner (who receives link to review the questions and approve) different question types (MCQ, matching, SAQ, essays etc) Create (exams, subjects, topics, subtopics, questions) All created questions should be able to be selected based on marks, topics and its usage for exam should be included approved exam papers should be exported in the specified formats in Word/LMS formats after exam is conducted, its data should be imported. Comprehensive reports about number of questions, usage etc..in real time
