Create Filter for X% matching for Google Sheets With Google Apps Script

Dear Freelancer, I'm integrating all of the databases of my suppliers. So I get the products from each supplier in my own database. The problem is, that some suppliers are offering the same products, but not have the exact same naming. So I want to create a script that filters by 95% or so, or x% based on a few conditions. So that I get a list with unique products. I heard that fuzzy search might be a solution. Although I have doubts this process only can be done by title matching. So it will probably also involve image recognition. Like the manual process goes as follows: I check the titles, and suppliers etc. And when I'm not sure, I go to their website to check the images for that product on both of their websites. If I can see on the images that its the same product, then I remove the duplicate rows. So only one row will be imported into our system.
