I have the following task: I have a 6 Page Indesign CS 6 File. This is a flyer containing products pictures. I want to use thsi Master file to create individuals Flyers for specific Customers. I will provide a Excel sheet containing the information that is needed to change the content of the flyer. So its, not about designing something, it´s baout setting up my indesign file for Data Base Publishing. The Indesign file will already be designed. This is what changes from Dataset to Dataset: 18 pictures change due to Dataset information. A order sheet at the end will change text and colours of some objects. At the End I want to automatically print out individual .pdf file for every datset given. I need a precise instruction/descripiton how I have to set up the excel file with the information, how to name the different pictures and how to automate everything to receive the print ready .pdf files. Attached you only find a .pdf file, to give you a rough overview of what it should look like. This is not the final version. Every picture in the document should change from dataset to dataset, as mentioned above. Would be very helpfull I you had a prrof of conecpt you can send me - if you have done someting similar before.

About your project I ll propose to - make a excel (xml) with tags (columns names), like name of the photo, url, and maybe capture (possible also to change the color of each text box, in this case we ll indicate in the xml) - make an indesign (or use the indesign file that you already have) to indicate the tags inside the layout - a JavaScript that ll run the xml import and also if you want to print or to export to pdf with the profile that you need. with this you can use different xml (excel files) to the same indesign file (layout) to take different pdf for your collection.
