Virtual Assistant needed to manage customer data

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be required to update our customer data, arrange emails of these customers, send out broadcast messages to these customers, send newsletters for upcoming launches etc. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role 2. Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP 3. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) 4. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) 5.
