Experience with online Database search techniques, including Boolean Experience in efficient Internet search techniques Experience in Report Writing; Strong verbal and written English communication Strategic, analytical thinking Secondary Skill:Resourceful, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision; High level of professionalism, customer service, energy, speed and accuracy;Independent judgment, discretion and diplomacy;Team Player Understanding and exposure to IT Services/ Technology business terminology Exposure to third party research subscription reports from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Ovum and others Experience in a consulting/business advisory services environment Strong knowledge and experience in Government and IT industry competitive landscape Candidate should have a minimum 1-5 years of relevant work experience in market and business research. Experience working in management consulting firms, IT firms, equity research or KPO companies will be preferable. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required Should have knowledge on CRM, Salesforce
