When you said 9 PDF with approx 40 - 50 pages so total approx 400 pages. I understood the requirement except "2.1. Formulas: Simple (one line, no special characters as sum) formulas should be entered. Complex formulas which require formula editor - could be either entered (slightly preferred) or pasted as a picture. "
Do you mean equation? I will insert the equation in word using equation editor . If you require I will provide you my previous work sample on request.

I have 8 years of experience in data entry, OCR, Document conversion and formatting in word,excel and power point (all type of formatting that includes table of content, header footer, tabs and columns all types of page breaks and image adjustments, watermarks, footnotes, endnotes etc), reporting and admin task for medical billing and financial research industry.
