Fill in an MS Word file with data form PDF (secured)

I need it to be transcribed from PDF (secured - no copy paste) into Word .docx file. There are 9 files with around 40-50 pages each. There are 2 presentation slides per PDF page. Because these are *presentation slides* printed, this means that the PDF page with 2 slides has relatively little information (not full page with text). A couple sample pages could be provided to you any time. When transcribing you need to keep the following in mind: 1. Formatting: You need to keep format (title/headers, bullet points, bold /italic fonts). A template with example could be provided to you anytime. 2. There are a couple formulas and charts (really a small amount). A few simple tables (e.g. 3 by 3) are also sometimes in the slide. 2.1. Formulas: Simple (one line, no special characters as sum) formulas should be entered. Complex formulas which require formula editor - could be either entered (slightly preferred) or pasted as a picture. 2.2. Charts: Charts could be pasted as a picture. 2.3. Tables: Tables should be entered as tables in MS Word. 3. Presentation has example calculations - they should be input as a screenshot of the slide (without a footer of the slide). 4. Slides with sample questions could be omitted. Apply only if you have at least 4 ratings with average rounded total rating 5 stars. Important! When applying please provide the following: 1.
