Summary:
Provide twenty (20) hours virtual assistance to our Marketing/Sales Director to catch up on backlog. The ideal candidate will have office, sales and marketing experience and excellent computer skills, quick, accurate, and independent research skills, pleasant and skillful oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Composing various pieces of correspondance, including letters, brochures, proposals, letters and emails
- Scheduling phone calls and meetings
- Setting up appointments
- Web research
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- Special projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Very interactive, immediate response and turnaround time, fully redundant home office
- Excellent computer and web research skills including Excel/Open Office
- Must be detail oriented
- Timely, organized, person with utmost integrity
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Prior Sales/Marketing experience a plus
