484834 Extract Data from Website

I have a very easy job for someone. I need someone to build a program for me today that will extract data from a website and save it to a CSV that I can open in Excel. The page has a form on it. Some of the form fields are blank but some have content in it. The form field names should be the header of the CSV file. The script needs to have the ability for me to load a list of links into it that can be scraped the same way. If this is something you can do, let me know ASAP
