MISSION: Online equestrian shop is looking for customer service representative, who will help customers resolve their questions and complaints with the highest level of courtesy possible. As a main requirement - being able to work from 15 pm EST to 19 pm EST. OUTCOMES: -Response time within 1 hr -100% customer satisfaction -all requests and concerns from different CRMs are taken care of COMPETENCIES: -honesty -efficiency -excellent spoken and written english -high standards -customer service mentality -ability to communicate with the team effectively Shopify skills are not necessary but preffered. If you have graphic design skills in addition to CSR - please attach your portfolio as well.
