Looking for a developer to turn the provided one page photoshop design into HTML/CSS/JS page. Keeping in mind that the code should be responsive across all devices. Please write neat HTML/JS Code , and it should be w3c compliant we will use [login to view URL] to check your code. you can use any open source library Please look at [login to view URL] as we want similar animation in the main banner, 2 animations here 1. Image in main banner zoom out effect ,like the website we mentioned. 2. When user scrolls down, the main header turns to "fixed header" with different look ( notice logo change ), same like the site we mentioned We have uploaded the files needed to the following link: [login to view URL] They include the PSD and everything in seprate layer, also 2 jpg showing the home page before scroll down and after scroll down Also please optimize images for web It is a really straight forward job for someone who knows what he is doing.
