I need to fix my canvas background, so it also works in Firefox (and if possible in IE9+).
Right now it works in Chrome and Safari using the "background-size: cover; background-image: -webkit-canvas(backCanvas);" method.
I've looked at Moz-Elements and think it can be the right way to implement it for Firefox.
Basically I need the script STACKBOXBLUR (found in [login to view URL]) to blur the background, darken it a bit and make it stretch correctly. So no 100% width and height! Please take a look at how it works in Chrome already as this is optimal. Performance is extremely important, so the fix for Firefox (and IE9+ if possible) should work fluidly. If this can be archieved in IE9+ with adding some jquery thats ok, but please no strange hacks! And a worse performance of the script than now, will not be accepted.
You can see how it works now here: [login to view URL]
The files you'll need to edit is the "[login to view URL]" (for testing), "[login to view URL]" for settings, [login to view URL] -> .bg (for css) and "[login to view URL]" if you need to change the script. You can download the needed files from here.
Please include information about you can fix IE9+ too when bidding.
