Water Meter

Hi, I have a new project that I need help with. The premise of the equipment is to deliver a certain amount of water at a specific temperature based on several factors and user input from a menu. This unit will deliver water to one of two outputs. Inputs; A. Ambient air temperature B. Temperature Probe C. Water temperature D. Touch Screen Outputs; (5 water solenoids) 1. Incoming cold water 2. Incoming hot water 3. Outgoing to drain 4. Outgoing to Equip 1 5. Outgoing to Equip 2 1. The user selects a menu item which has stored the target temperature and quantity of water. 2. User then selects the target equipment for the water output (solenoid 4 or 5) 3. Based on the target temperature the machine checks the ambient air temperature, probe temperature and calculates based on those values the water temperature required. See table below for examples. Until the target has been reached the water will go to drain (solenoid 3). 4.2. Mix water to achieve the target temperature. If no drain output then the unit calculates and changes dynamically to ensure to the correct temperature overall. 5. Once the target temperature has been achieved the machine dispenses the specific amount of water at the target temperature into one of the two mixers (solenoids 4 or 5) chosen on menu selection. The menu will need to be pictures with a line of text for the product name. Once selected, it displays a menu with other information and a confirmation button, once the user confirms this then the screen goes to the water dispensing screen and displays what the machine is doing. An admin menu will need to be added so these parameters can be altered onsite (with the use of a passcode). Also wifi enabled with remote access. We will need an ability to name the machine so we can identify which machine it is. Also a screensaver is required when the machine hasn't been in use. This will be a rotation of pictures or GIF's. The power supply will be 240v AC 50Hz. It will have to be built into an enclosure. All parts used must be readily available.
