c++ programming task

I have designed a viable process for an alternative crypto-currency that requires altering a portion of the Litecoin code. The project will involve the use of the RAFT protocol implemented in C++ to securely transmit mining parameter information to other wallets for mining. I do not have the requisite experience/time to complete the project in the 2 week time span allotted. To be very specific: Look, I don't have much cash; this project is aimed at crypto-currency enthusiasts/hobbyists who have experience with the software or can figure out how it works relatively quick, but also have experience in networking and who would like to help an individual out, while creating something novel. There are places where I may receive help for free, but this is not one of those places: This job will allow me to gain a working relationship with the individual(s) I hire while still working as quickly as possible using instant messaging, phone calls, etc. -- pre - requisite experience with C++, and crypto-currency code (Scrypt based AND SHA-256, others are a plus), as well as advanced distributed networking consensus is required (RAFT, digital signatures, timestamps, etc) -- I require an instructor/team-leader/project manager capable of utilizing and of course teaching at least 2 other C++ programmers (myself included), so yes, this project, while it must be completed rather quickly, requires an intimate team ready to build a long-term business relationship. --YOU MAY INVITE WHOMEVER YOU WISH TO HELP YOU, PROVIDED YOU INTRODUCE THEM TO ME FIRST! The more the merrier, but hopefully working with people you know and trust and who can help you out of a bind that myself or my co-worker can't (and somehow, *gasp* Google can't help with either) will make reaching that 2 week deadline easier.
