Fix my arduino code in the loop function to beep under a time constraint

In the circuit below, I am using 4 buttons, a piezo buzzer, and a Adafruit BNO055 Absolute Orientation Sensor. The code is here: [login to view URL] All parts of the code work correctly, except the loop function. There are two main functions to this code: CheckCalibrationButton() and CheckTimeButton(). CheckCalibrationButton() allows the user to set a threshold angle on the z-axis. CheckTimeButton() allows the user to set 3 different modes using the 3 buttons. In the loop function, these 3 modes are tracked by the variable "timeButtonState." If timeButtonState == 1, then the buzzer beeps immediately when the angle of the sensor is below the threshold angle. If timeButtonState == 2, then the buzzer beeps when the angle of the sensor is below the threshold angle for AT LEAST 2 seconds. If timeButtonState == 3, then the buzzer beeps when the angle of the sensor is below the threshold angle for AT LEAST 4 seconds. The only part of the code that does not work is timeButtonState == 2 and timeButtonState == 3. The buzzer will beep immediately when the sensor is below the threshold angle, instead of waiting the specified time requirements of 2 and 4 seconds. I am hiring a freelancer to fix the code for the modes when timeButtonState == 2 and timeButtonState == 3. I am willing to be on video call with the freelancer to test and upload code on my circuit, so all the freelancer needs to do is update the code while I test live time.
