Submit 8 Books - Including 3 Childrens Books - to Amazon's CreateSpace on-Demand Publishing

I have eight books in PDF form that can be seen here:<[login to view URL]>. I would like to get them published via Amazon's [CreateSpace][1]. They were formerly typset for [CafePress][2] and [LuluPress][3]. Some of the PDF files have included covers, some have separate covers, some have cover that have to be cribbed from my CafePress and LuluPress Sites (only 3 of them) or created anew if you are so bold. ## Deliverables I'm not sure of the trim sizes that exist for the books right now, but the project would be to follow the directions from CreateSpace's [manuscript preparation instructions][4]and then actually successfully submit the 8 manuscripts with the covers. The sizes of the books inside the PDF files now are probably pretty close to or exactly the size of possible trim sizes that CreateSpace accepts. This should be around the 5" - 6" by 8" - 9" range (except for the Jenny and the Silly Monkeys Book which is around 8.5" X11"). It's unlikely that you will actually have to retypeset the books. At the most you may have to resize all the pages, simply adding extra white space rather than moving text around and reformatting chapter headings. You may have to recreate the covers on 3 of the books. You can look at how my CafePress book covers look now (the ones without the covers are all CafePress) to get an idea of how the covers should look. You can even suggest your own covers if you are creative. The manuscripts may be already in the right trim size. The work would then be to separate the covers from the PDF files of some and make sure the covers are submitted with the right dpi and size and to submit the manuscipts and covers. With three of the books the covers exists as separate PDF files already. So the most difficult part of the project may be to organize and reformat the covers. 3 of the books have separate PDF covers. These are Up from Zero, Faith and Courage in a Time of Trouble and Ice Storms. There are 3 books where the covers are part of the PDF file and I believe that in order to fulfill CreateSpace's requirements, these covers need to be separated from the manuscript and submitted separately (I could be wrong). These are Day of Small Things, Jenny and the Silly Monkey and Secret Santa. Finally two books are without covers, they are Socks and The Two Magic Pearls. If you could recreate the covers from images in my CafePress store, great, but these might not be of high enough resolution. Alternatively you can suggest your own versions of these covers as I'm not really wedded to the current designs. I said 3 books need covers initially, because I'm not really happy with the Secret Santa Cover and vastly prefer the one (which I created) from the CafePress site. However I cannot find the file, and CafePress does not allow me to re-download the file. So please suggest a cover if you can, or if the DPI is high enough from the CafePress site, recreate the cover from there. ## Platform PDF
