I need Google AdSense website that can make $20 - $25usd each day

Hi, I am looking for a website designer / AdSense expert who can create an AdSense optimized site in a niche that will generate at least $10 per day on average. Preferable the website will need minimal maintenance. The Niche / ideas will be supplied with access to specific content that can be used in the site. No gambling, adult or pharmacy. No illegal activities or non-compliant AdSense content. I will supply both the hosting and the domain. No bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharmacy, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules - Site must generate income for the long term with $10 usd minimum 2yrs + - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Welcome to add any related other income generating products as long as it doesn't distract from AdSense ads. Income from AdSense should be minimum $10 - Must Be AdSense optimized - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as AdSense I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my AdSense account and receive my first payment.
