Travel/Wedding Copywriting Expert needed (long-term business relationship)

Hi there, My name is Tim and I have a growing online wedding business where we feature luxury wedding resorts on our site. We are currently looking for a travel copywriter to help us with writing/tweaking the written content of our incoming venues and their individual wedding locations. Our team used to do this ourselves, however would like to bring a professional onto the team to improve the quality, consistency and to deliver more work faster. Overall, we are looking to build a long term business relationship. We currently have more 50 venues and 100 more coming over the next few months. We will have much more going forward, so need someone extremely professional and trustworthy who can deliver quality results throughout the next few years. Please note, this particular job listing is only for 5 completed venues as we need to be sure that we work well together and continually get the results we are looking for. What we need - Venue Description – No need to reinvent the wheel here. Majority of the content will come from the venue`s brochures as we have been given approval to use and modify as we see fit. This includes tweaking content to make it more wedding centric instead of accommodation centric. All venue copy needs to be checked, as grammatical and spelling errors are not uncommon. - Wedding Location Descriptions – Each venue will have 3 to 6 specific ceremony/reception wedding locations. We need to write up very brief descriptions (approximately 40-50 words). Sometimes venues will have some descriptions and we will provide our notes to help with this. - List of Key Points – Each of the venue and wedding locations need to be supplemented with a short list of key points (approx. 8 points) covering the positives and negatives. However the negatives have to be written in a balanced and constructive way, as ultimately we are here to promote our partners (e.g. Location only allows up to 10 guests. This then is perfect for a small and intimate time with you and your guests). Writing style must be fresh, informative and extremely visual for an audience of mostly 20-35 year olds. All grammar and spelling must be error-free so we can publish immediately. What you will be given You will be given brochures, wedding packages, photos/videos and links which will allow you to visualise the location. We will also supplement you with our personal notes about each to help you with the unique List of Key Points. For more information, you may also want to do some extra research online.
