Image Rating site similar to icanhascheezburger.com

We are interested in creating a site similar to [login to view URL] where users are able to upload their own images/video, give images ratings, as well as a rank system which is determined by how many rating/credit points that have. Users will need to create an account and log in when they want to comment on images, but not upload content - basically similar to icanhascheezburger.com. Small elements of the site must be customizeable - eg the rating system of stars will be changed to bananas or whatever. Fluent English speaker is a bonus. Please show some recent work you have done doing this same kind of thing. The site must be built on Wordpress or something with a userpanel that a non techie can maintain with minimum trouble. The site's design is done by us, so the majority of the work is in the backend. Needs to have an admin panel that allows an admin/moderator to do the following: Admin and moderators:: Edit/delete uploaded photos. Modify any user details Delete/ban a user. Admin only: Sections for advertising can be defined and I can manage the advertising spots/code from the admin panel. Turn a member into a moderator. - unregistered users can only view photos, email photos, comment on other peoples' photos, add to social media sites - Twitter, FB etc. registered users can: - manage their account. - vote on photos using a 1 - 5 scale (ajax - banana images. Greyed out then coloured on hover over, click to select score) - option to add to favourites - can upload their own photo - give photo a title - system uses IP info to calulate and store location (country) on submit. This info used to plot map next to uploaded image. Banana image marks location. - Photos with highest ratings are displayed on homepage. - when photos are uploaded, site watermark is added.
