Copywriting Operations Executive (Full-Time) - Singapore

We operate a global network of specimen collectors to help our customers conduct drug and alcohol testing worldwide. And we’re just getting started. We’re profitable and growing. You will join us as a full-time colleague. Together with the existing core team of 4, you will be an important part of the core team to partake in the process of decision making while implementing your ideas and exploring business opportunities. Get to know the Role You will be a core part of the marketing team and chiefly responsible for creating written and spoken content for the company. These can include but not limited to written blog entries, video demonstration on products, editing written content on brochures, etc In order for you to learn more about the business, you will be involved in operations of the business. We will show you the ropes. The day-to-day activities: - Learning about marketing and business needs in order to push out articles for our website and other social media channels. - Creating, editing and improving on product descriptions on marketing collaterals. - Co-managing Google Adwords - Communicate with customers via email and phone - Ship out products to customers by working with the company courier - Showcase products to occasional walk-in customers - Update products on online sales channel (our website, eBay, Lazada, Qoo10, carousel, etc) - Sound understanding and application of marketing funnel via different communication platforms - Written, spoken and video content creation when necessary for print and digital media, not limited to flyers, brochures, web copy, EDMs, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) - Advise and direct web developer to make changes to websites - Office working environment The must haves: - A strong flair for writing and impeccable English - Digital native - Driven and Entrepreneurial Nice to have: - University degree or Diploma Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Our office address is Alcotech Pte.
