Hello, I represent SharePoint development team. We are able and ready to implement your tasks. It's possible to use our Sequential Workflow engine based on Visual Studio solution for universal workflow purposes and XML configuration layer for steps and logic description. It has advantages over SPD Workflows as it's possible to use custom .Net classes and any logic based on SSOM, also it has UI layer for tasks and task on each step can have different attributes in form. Also it has advantages when deploying new version of workflow. Also where are advantages over Visual Studio workflow from scratch, as making solutions is cheaper and new versions maintenance will be at lower price. In comparing with Nintex or Datapolis or K2 engines we gets vantage in licensing. We can schedule meeting on which we will show engine in action on example of budgeting approval made for russian department of global network of owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage firms.
