Elementary C++/C# coding help/support wanted

I am interested in getting some C++/C# coding help and support, partly to help me learn to program in C++ & C# using my Visual Studio 2005, but also to sometimes have functions developed or modified. Ex: Presently I have a function that loads content of a text file, storing it as 'buffer.' I would ideally like this function modified to support a 2nd parameter being the name of the memory buffer, ex: loadfile("[login to view URL]", buffername); As I'll use this function very often a global variable may not be suitable(?). 1 or 2 lines of code before I call this function is an acceptable solution. Passing actual name of the new buffer in the call would also be convenient. ex: ("[login to view URL]", "newbuffer"); However if coding that way is a big hassle to do I won't insist on that method. Suggestion(s) appreciated regardless. Other coding help and support I'll request will be on as needed basis. I'm interested in hiring someone on an hourly basis and propose $10/hr. Coder must agree to notify my anytime the total time he has clocked working on any particular coding item request from me, reaches about 2.0 hours, give or take.
