I need a software that takes images from a webcam (the webcam is the source) and compare the previous frame with current frame so that it can detect motion. If there is motion detected, some action doesn't matter should [login to view URL] only condition is to compare both of the frames, previous and current. I need just a simple application using C++ code. From this application I want to develope something better. The code should be understood without any difficulty. I'm looking for someone who can do this. Thanks !
Hi
I ALREADY HAVE THE CODE for this application that I developed using OpenCV in C++. I did exactly what you mentioned(comparing two frames) and source is webcam(you can also select some video instead of webcam). You can also vary the threshold for comparison between the frames(to cater for noise and camera image quality).
I can deliver this project as soon as you accept my bid. Or can provide a demo before payment.
Regards,
Saad

Hello Sir,
tensor based motion detection using Bigun method I implemented for a scientific study research at the university. Is the bidding now for the frame compare algorithm or also for what you want to do after that(because I've seen some 1000$ USD biddings there???
