Groupon style business/marketing plan

We are looking for someone to create a brief business and marketing overview for a similar business to signpost.com. This document will be used internally only and will be used to identify whether this is a proposed JV worth pursuing further. We do NOT require a full business plan at this stage, really just an external overview of Signpost's business strategy, revenue model and an analysis of how they compare to other Groupon style sites. The final document should include: • Comparison to Groupon & similar sites • Business Strategy • Strengths & Weaknesses • Competitive advantage • Revenue Model • Marketing Strategies Would like this document completed within a week of winning bid.
