1. Currently I am looking for assistance creating plans for my current existing building. I am looking to file for building permit and I am being required to show the use and the existing building structure and its code compliance. 2. The design and construction of all site alterations shall comply with the 2019 California Building Code, 2019 Plumbing Code, 2019 Electrical Code, 2019 California Mechanical Code, 2019 California Fire Code, 2019 California Energy Code, 2019 Title 24 California Energy Efficiency Standards, 2019 California Green Building Standards Code. 3. The Building is currently a B occupancy and will need to be converted to an F,M,B occupancy. Per 2016 CBC 3408 "No change shall be made in the character of occupancies or use of any building unless such building is made to comply with all current code requirements". need to show Code Compliance to our city. The building is a Wood Frame steel building that was built sometime in 1920. The Building and the property has gone threw major transformation so they have been plenty of Structure, Civil Engineers and the city working on this place the pass 5 years. I just recently obtain the building and looking to compile all the work and make a new set of plans that I can hand over to my "Structure Engineer" if needed for a "Wet Stamp" I am not missing this I am missing a person that can organize and complete the needed renovation drawings we need presently. Construction, We are looking to work on one side of the building the front portion in the entrance we need a small lobby, Hallway Room, Hallway to incorporate into existing ADA Ramp, a second floor where we like a small office above the hallway. I am looking at turn around time and availability I like to be able to hire and be complete with in 7-10 working days. Please let me know your experienced and examples of plans you have work on the pass. I am not looking for recruiters and need to work direct with provider. I am available for questions.
