I need a quick site plan drawn similar to the one in the attached document. As you'll see this is a document I pulled from the web which describes how to calculate frontage increases using the international building code. The drawing I would like shall be similar to this one with the following exceptions. Please make the size of the building 110’ X 75’. What is listed as side "B" shall be listed as "Front," what is listed as side "C" shall be listed as "East Side," what is listed as side "D" shall be listed as "Rear of Building," and what is listed as side "A," shall be listed as "West Side." Sides "front" and "Rear" shall be 100’, and East and West shall be 75’. I would like the "Right of Way" (ROW) to remain on the East Side, but please add a similar ROW to the Front Side. The Front Side ROW shall have 20’ to the ROW, and make the ROW 60’ wide with a centerline similar to the ROW on the current plan. Please place a property line at the rear of the building at 15’. Also a property line on the west side at 35’. This does not have to be fancy, just a simple plan. Please put this into a PDF ,8.5” X 11”, and landscape view.
