We are using SugarCRM Community Edition 6.5.x and we are using asterisk for dialing.
Lead is entered in the CRM through a form present on our website.
Objective
Minimize the response time for an enquiry
Scope of Work
We would like to auto-dial the leads that enters the Sugar CRM to the next available agent using asterisk.
Work Flow
1. SELECT users that are logged in Asterisk from a given list of extensions in an array variable (Lets name it "A" for reference).
2. Also, if possible we must be able to manually deselect user if required from this list (A). (Sometimes a user would be logged in today but might go for leave from tomorrow or due to any other reason lead should not be assigned to him.)
3. Now check the total number of active leads assigned to each of these selected user in array A. (Active leads = Leads with Status* (New + Inprocess + Hot))
4. From the selected users further shortlist the users with whom Active Leads are not more than 130.
5. Lead enters the CRM
6. Now auto-dial this lead to the next available user using asterisk on round robin basis. (Try dialing from user 1 in the queue if busy dial user 2 and so on. User who has been dialed must be moved to the end of the list) (First the agent must be dialed if he accepts the call must be dialed to the lead, if he does not accept the call the next user in the queue must be dialed.)
7. Simultaneously the lead must also be assigned to the same user in Sugar. Also the lead must open up in the CRM so that the user knows the details of the lead with whom he is speaking to. Also call must be created in the history of that lead
8. If no user is online assign lead to a CRM user Pravin, but the call must not be dialed
9. If required could we also off the auto dialing feature. (For lead adjustment)
* Status field in the lead module.
