Asset Tracking Interface

I am looking for a fully functional SSL secured asset tracking interface integrating Google maps (can provide API key) The database back end must be SQL Express as the hardware decoder automatically populates SQL Express (will provide this application and specification document for reference) The Interface must allow for both single and multiple co-ordinates to be overlaid on the map. Allow for single and multiple assets to be displayed through selectable check boxes. The raw data must be displayed in a table format and allow for date and time searches. Asset information must be able to be displayed and amended. In addition to the Customer Interface, a simple back end admin control system must be provided to activate, monitor and/or deactivate tracking units. I can provide example screen shots of existing tracking interfaces for reference if required. I do not expect this to take long to develop and hope to secure the services of someone who may have already undertaken a similar project.
