Hello as the result of hiring an excuse master who seems to have more excuses then results, I'm now forced to try my hand at this site. I hired a guy to develop an ASP or .NET solution, paid deposit, and got nothing. So now here is what I need. I have a client that we developed a site for and we need to connect to his Local Multiple Listing Service. The project pretty much looks like this. We need to import listings from the MLS (user name and password provided of course) into his site. I have a PHP application that does it but this wont work on a windows server with MS - SQL 1) ASP or .NET connect to the MLS which I will provide login details for. 2) Import and extract the MLS data which is in ZIP format. 3) Populate and update the DB on the target system with matching fields. If this is not enough information PLEASE PLEASE ask before you bid. I have the field (row) maps for the DB and can create any field in the tables you want. Thanks Project Out-Sourcing JD
