Centos/Apache/MySql/Php Server Performance Tuning: * We need an Apache Performance Tuning Consultant to fine-tune our server's Apache, MySql and Php parameters to handle higher traffic loads and achieve better response times. * We expect and hope you know your technical stuff well.. We just don't have the spare time to devote to some of these tasks and therefore are looking for people to provide extra paid help -- those who can keep up with the pace of our projects.. And perhaps for the future - we can do more business with right person * We do use TeamViewer and Skype for communications. * We would like to have a short chat with bidders who appear to qualify and for this we will use Skype to conference the bidder with two of our Management Staff Team. We will basically be asking some general technical questions relating to our project so that we are satisfied that we are looking at the right developer. Once we select the developer -- we will go back through the RAC formal procedures to accept the bid. * We know what tasks are required for the tuning and would do it ourselves but we are just overloaded with other tasks and so want to our-source this server performance tuning. * The project will need to be done during the middle of the week - because that is usually the slowest time for our dedicated server and the visitor levels are low enough for us to perform server work. * Weekend time periods work are definitely not workable -- because from about Friday evening (USA EST) until Sunday evening our server is very heavily loaded and therefore we cannot afford down-time -- and we just do not want to lock out hundreds os users at this time. * You must be in a time-zone which makes it convenient for you to be in communications with us. Our Team is located in the USA East Coast and NorthEast UK but the you will be dealing primarily through the USA contact. Thank You.. Regards. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
