Animation Creation People or crowd with multiple activity

we need animation to be created for people with multiple activities as group. for example there is 3-4 people playing chess, there is 4-5 people playing music, there is 3-4 people drink , some people playing football, some of them working in office kind of stuff. the Image need to be full cartoon or silhouette charterer of men, women, Young girl in dress, office etc if you already made something like that let show the sample as well. it need to be of 10-15 second in total
