HR/Staffing/Workforce Mobile App (Node+Angular+Ionic) -- 2

Scope of Work: We are looking for a full stack developer with strong experience in Angular/Ionic Framework as well as strong Javascript skills to implement a mobile app to work with our backend REST API. Experience with designing back-end RESTful APIs is necessary as we will need someone to work with our existing developer on certain aspects of the existing API. The app we are building will be used for employees of a large company to perform self-service tasks related to their employment, like viewing their time cards and also a clock-in/clock-out feature using geolocation. We are looking for someone with both strong technical AND communication skills who can collaborate with our US-based developer over Skype/Slack/etc. Someone with experience in publishing apps to various platforms (ios/android) preferred. This will be the first version of the app and more opportunities would be available down the road as features are added/implemented. Views (App Sections): Please see below... these are the primary sections of the app. The data will be retrieved using our existing API, though some changes to the back-end API may be needed for certain functions like authentication and this is where we would like to find someone with some backend Javascript/Node experience. We do not have wireframes but our existing developers will be able to advise on the interface as we complete each view: 1. Authentication - After installing the app, employees will need to authenticate at a log-in screen using their mobile number and the last 4 digits of their social security number. If it’s possible, we would like to send a one-time code via SMS to their mobile number that they would enter to complete the login process. 2. Home/Assignment Status - After authenticating, employees are taken to a home screen that displays: Current job assignment and “work history” showing how long they’ve been at the assignment, hours worked, etc. Contact information for the branch of their employer 3. TimeClock - Employees can “clock in” and “clock out” at their job site to record the hours they worked that day. Geolocation - If the user consents, geolocation data should be recorded at the time of the “clock in” and “clock out” and added to the database along with a timestamp. 4. Pay Stub- Employees can view their pay stub for current and past pay periods displaying their hours worked, tax withholding and other details. Basically this will just be retrieving this data from our API and displaying it to the user.
