MEAN web application with OAuth Google, PayPal payments and user system

As product owner we need a MEAN STACK development. It means, Angular web app with NodeJS+Express+MongoDB synchronized between them. They will be on two private GIT repositories that we will provide you. One of them with an empty Node + Express (backend) and the other one with an empty Angular (frontend). We will provide you a VPS (virtual private server) with nodejs server and mongodb server for your comfort when developing. We will provide you a full manual about REST requests with its json objects expected. So part of the architecture is done. Application requirements: - This MEAN application will need to have a OAuth Google, which allows people to login with Google on Angular panel with validation on nodejs side it will insert an user on mongo database with an id, its profile picture, its name, its lastname and its email. - This MEAN application will allow to the user to list and to pay bills from mongo database on Angular Panel by PayPal. Updating date payment and setting the bill as paid with safe verification by PayPal. - This MEAN application will allow to the user to see its profile on Angular panel and edit its picture, name, last name and description. Using REST for communicate Angular APP with nodejs+express to mongodb. No design is asked. No extrafeatures are asked. This is a base project for future integrations, we will be willing and we would prefer to hire again the same person for this integrations. We will rather little commits and well(not necessary perfect) documented code. Technologies summary: NodeJS, NPM, GIT, Angular, MongoDB, Express, MEAN STACK, Google API (Google Oauth), PayPal API (PayPal Payment). We have estimated this project in 20 hours. Other justified estimates are accepted.
