iOS and Android APP / Personal Online Radio Station

Hi! I just start a new project and I already have an online radio station. The deal is, I need to create a radio app for the online music, which has about 10-20 peak of listeners. I need a radio app for iOS and Android. I already have the Sketch (see the attached files on this post) The service that I have now is Icecast AAC+ and MP3 Live stream. I have the option to use Shoutcast too. Is very simple for now, we will add more stuff in the future but for the moment I need this key points: 1.- PLAY AND STOP BUTTON ( can be the same, when they hit play, the button turn in to stop button. 2.- VOLUME CONTROL 3.- ARTIST AND SONG NAME 4.- AAC+ and MP3 STREAM PLAYER 5.- ALBUM COVER 6.- COVER ANIMATION WHEN THE APP OPEN TO START 7.- PUSH NOTIFICATIONS (iOS and Android) 8.- MUSIC PLAYING AS BACKGROUND: If the phone is turn off-screen, the music will still playing on the background. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A APP LIKE THIS, PLEASE JUST MAKE THIS SMALL MODIFICATIONS OR CREATE A NEW ONE FROM 0 WITH ALL THIS DETAILS AS THE IMAGES I SHOW ON THIS PROJECT. Something simple, I will provide ALL IMAGES for the app, you don't need to worry about design, colors etc, the app is exactly as the sketch I did and attach to this project. My budged is limited.
