I need an Android application that has the ability to identify moving, dynamic (dynamic) and image (static) tags. When the APP is accessed by the user, APP loads a list of directories located on these hosts (ftp: //[login to view URL]) and ([login to view URL]) and stores it in the APP, if the APP identifies any blacklisted cards that an alert is generated. OpenALPR is an open source Automatic License Plate Recognition library written in C ++ with bindings in C #, Java, Node.js, and Python. This project ports this library to Android: Https://[login to view URL] The APP has to work like this example: Https://[login to view URL] Examples of Plates (Brazil): Https://[login to view URL] OpenALPR Plate Tagger: Https://[login to view URL] Payment terms: The amount to be paid will be $ 500, of which: 30% milestone payment when select the winner. Rest 20% When you show the 100% working demo (apk without source code) 50% payment will be released when you deliver the full project with full source code. No payment will be released before that. If you do not agree with the payment terms, please do not bid.
