I need someone expert to develop an independent desktop app working cross-platforms(prefer java) for my mathematical linear programming optimization model. So it reads data from a csv file, runs the mathematical model (currently with cplex engine) and returns the results. The model is written in Matlab. You must know about the bb algorithm, and lp modeling and have done similar jobs. ****Note: You may need to convert and type the model and run in java and use open-source LP solvers. *** Please explain how you will do so no need to cplex that and attach similar jobs.
