: We use Netsuite as our accounting system, we have been selling goods online into North America and supplying from the UK. Netsuite will not accept the orders if they have no Tax attached to them but, as I understand it, we shouldn't be charging tax. So, consequently we are stuck in a position where to sell into North America we have to charge tax to the customer but from a tax/accounting perspective this is incorrect.
