Reverse Engineers Need for Android Apps built in Xamarin

We are looking for experienced developers for doing reverse engineering on android applications built in xamarin and javascript. We don't have the source code of the application. Developer himself will have to download the source code of the application by decompiling it. After that he will have to edit and recompile it and send us the working APK with source code. We are facing difficulty in placing bets online in one application. When we place any bet in this application. It takes minimum 5 seconds to get updated in any live match. We want it should get updated in zero seconds. All the data is being fetched by the application through some API. We want that bet timing should be reduced from 5 seconds to zero seconds. There is an updated option for the application which should be removed. We will be requiring the i.p address of the server and all the details of that api also which is sending data to this application. This project should be completed with in 7 days of accepting the project. Only 5 plus year experienced people should apply or people with less experience will also be welcomed if they think that they can crack and perform on this. We have this project available for Android, Mac and Windows.
