547414 Complete a Lead Management Php Script

I posted this same project about 7 days ago,I canceled the last project because while I was waiting to select a programmer, I was able to finish a majority of the work myself. (I didn't think i would have time, but i did). I have re invited everyone who bid on the last project to give you all another chance to bid on this project. I now need someone to finish the project for me. I now need this project completed in 7 to 10 days. I am duplicating a website from my home office, so the project CANNOT be "designed as you wish". I have to have it behave similar to the original design. If you can not do it for $50.00 dollars please do not bother bidding. It is all I have set a side for this project now. I need a php/mysql person to cmoplete the following for this project. 1. Fix the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] page - make the notes form submit to the database for each notes form update from the [login to view URL] page and display them on the [login to view URL] page at the bottom with a date when they were updated for the lead that is being worked on. 2. make a form for telemarketers to submit a lead which goes into the database and is assigned to a sales person, the telemarketer should be able to assign the lead to a sales person from a drop down list, the lists data is populated from the database of current active sales people. It should display by zip code/city/st so they will know who who they can assign the lead to. 3. Still need to create an admin page to pull reports, update sales people and telemarketers profiles, change status from inactive to active. We want to display reports per sales person and per telemarketer based on leads status, such as dead, sold etc... display the number of leads per sales person per month and the number of sales closed per sales person based on the number of leads assigned, this will help the telemarketer choose who to assign it to. 4. fix the submit button on the main [login to view URL] page so it updates the status for each lead which the status is selected from the drop down list. [login to view URL] sure the system can determine a sales rep from a telemarketer or admin and allow access to the pages based on these levels. 6. The system should create an email (the email should come from leads(at)[login to view URL]) once a sales rep has a new lead so they are notified via email that they have a new lead. They should also be allowed to update their profile to either be notified or not be notified by the email address in their profile of a new lead. 7. If Possible, notify the sales rep via text message that they have a new lead (i do not know how to do this and only want it if you can do it where there is no charge per text). There may be a few other tweeks so we would need to work with the person selected for a few to ensure everything is completed correctly. feel free to contact me with questions before you bid the 50 bucks.
