I worked as Plant Head and Quality expert for last 25 years in auto and auto ancillaries having loads of experience in solving problems related to manufacturing, quality, maintenance, planning, administration, training. I had used different manufacturing tools like six sigma, TPM( SMED, 5S, KAIZEN) to solve many shop floor problems.
