Help Fixing file syncing issue with BT Sync and Synology NAS

Hello! I have experience with BT sync, and worked with some NAS devices, so I can check your problem, and try to fix it.

Hi, My name is David, and I'm the Founder of Develop CENTS (developcents[.]com), an IT consulting, server administration and technical support company. I am certified in Synology devices (see our website under Services), and have a DS713+ here in my office. I have sold and deployed numerous Synology NAS devices. While I am extremely familiar with Synology, please note that I don't have a whole lot of experience with BT Sync. However, I can very easily install the 3rd Party Package (I just did so last night after reviewing your proposal yesterday), and can run some tests – on my own time – in order to better help you troubleshoot your issues. Okay I got the project goal and I can complete within my bidded budget. But I have some questions. Knock me please

I am a Telecommunication Engineer and networking is my field of expertise. I have a Synology myself but model 3615xs and all models run the same software. I have used BitTorrent Sync in the past, maybe you have some problems with the configuration in your router, or some network configuration is not working properly in your NAS.
