Template customising (Static Content)

I am looking for a designer to help modify a template to our new site requirements. The Bootstrap 3 Responsive Admin Template being used can be found here:- [login to view URL] This template has just about everything required to build the site. There are 3 stages of work required. This project is for the first stage which totals some 40 pages. Most of the sets of pages (forms/grids/reports) will us the same functions and have the same look and feel to them. I have started to modify the template but do not have the time to complete. The work I have completed can be found here, [login to view URL] Refer to the template for the basic changes. I will provide you:- • The new blank template site. • A screenshot/graphical view of each page required in the site. I will use the template items in the screenshot laid out in the correct locations. I will provide the contents of dropdowns and things that cannot be seen in the graphical views YOU will provide me with a fully functioning site using the template and its assets. This includes:- • Checking the site displays well on all electronic devices such as smart phones, tablets and computer desktops. Checked on all compatible browsers IE8, IE9, IE10, IE11, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome • Removing all redundant code, scripts, images and assets from completed product (Things not required in the site for it to function) • The coding commented with your work to help with dynamic/database integrations later • Form validation must be in place and forms functioning properly (posting data) I do not ask for anymore capability then what the Templates current is now. The second stage will be to provide the report pages and the interactions with the public site. The third stage is to help the coder with turning the static site into dynamic.
